Water Pollution Parliamentary Drop In
On the 5th November, cross-party Parliamentarians joined River Action and Surfers Against Sewage in Portcullis House to learn more about the Water Pollution APPG and upcoming moments for MPs to support, such as the Water (Special Measures) Bill.

APPG Meeting with Sir Jon Cunliffe, Chair of the Independent Water Commission
We are delighted to announce that Sir Jon Cunliffe, Chair of the Independent Water Commission, has agreed to meet the APPG for our evidence session on sewage on Wednesday 18th June. We anticipate this to be a key opportunity to raise concerns and influence thinking around the final report.

APPG Evidence session – Agriculture
We will be hosting an evidence session on agricultural pollution on Wednesday 2nd July. We are delighted to welcome experts from Green Alliance, The Wildlife Trusts, River Action and Sustain to lead this meeting. It will give MPs an opportunity to discuss the impact that agriculture is having on our waterways.
